6 A Side Tackle

The basics of 6 A Side Football are the same as traditional 12 player football, aside from a few basic rule modifications. For an introduction to the rules and field requirements, visit the Football Canada web site.

6 A Side Football is growing in Alberta with the following 13 high school teams competing in the Western Alberta 6-Man Football League: Buck Mountain Mustangs, Breton Cougars, Caroline Cougars, Central High Rams, Father Mercredi Trappers, Fort McMurray Comp Miners, Frank Maddock Warriors, Hinton Wolfpak, Millwoods Christian Royals, Ponoka Broncs, Rimbey Spartans, Victory Christian Crimson Knights and Westwood Trojans.
